About

We were the client before we were the supplier.

Slow responses, rate-card pricing, and technology that was always arriving next quarter. We saw the problem from the inside for long enough to know it was structural rather than bad luck, and then we built the fix.

Why the chain matters

Four firms, none of whom speak.

A broker signs the contract. A bureau checks the invoices. A consultant writes the ESG report. A funder arrives years later to look at the roof.

Each is competent and each is working from a different version of the data, which is why the budget is built on numbers nobody has checked and the invoice nobody has queried is the one that recurs for three years. Doing all of it from one data model is not a convenience. It is the only arrangement in which the figures at one end of the chain reconcile with the figures at the other.

What we will not do

Stated plainly, because it is the differentiator.

  • We do not hide the margin. It is the same on every offer and it is written on the line.
  • We do not hold a supply licence, and we will not imply that we do.
  • We do not claim an accounting treatment for a funding instrument. That is for you and your auditor.
  • We do not publish a client’s name or numbers without their consent.
  • We do not put a number on this website that cannot be re-counted from the system.
Where to start

No fee, no exclusivity, nothing to sign beyond a letter of authority.
