06 · The platform

One platform, one data model.

Everything above runs on the Desk. There is no separate platform licence, and every figure traces back to a read, a contract clause or an invoice you can open.

Uniq Desk

One item, one decision, with its evidence attached.

Not a dashboard to interpret. A list of things that need doing, each one carrying the invoice, the read or the clause it came from.

Decisions, not dashboards

One item, one decision

Validate, approve, decide, chase, sign, review. Each item arrives with its evidence attached, so the work is the decision rather than the gathering.

Portals

Everyone on the same data

Our bureau team, your asset managers and the occupiers who pay the bills, each seeing their own view of one data set rather than three reconciliations.

Not a monthly PDF

Interrogable

A PDF is somebody else’s spreadsheet at a moment in time. You cannot ask it a question, and by the time you want to it is out of date.

Modules

Named only when they are live.

Each of these is running in production today. We do not put a roadmap item on a website.

UniqPrice

The fully-loaded price of a kilowatt-hour for every supply, benchmarked against the best tendered offer and against deemed rates, with £/m² and kWh/m² across the portfolio.

UniqGrid

The national network, generation and substation headroom, with your assets on it and live generation reconciled to the invoice.

Uniq Lab

MEES and EPC triage, option appraisal and the cost-cap ledger, each decision tracked to its deadline.

Uniq Projects

Funded infrastructure from survey to energisation: milestones with their evidence, and the saving reconciled against baseline each month.

UniqSign

Letters of authority, quotations and engagement documents issued and signed, with the audit trail kept against the record.

UniqLive

The market position and forward curve behind a procurement decision, so a recommendation can be read against what the market was doing that week.

Management portal

Portfolio, building, unit and meter. Budgets, expenditure, arrears, compliance, utilities and reports in one place.

Occupier portal

Statements and charges with the calculation behind each figure, for the people who actually pay them.

Meter reads and inspections

Photograph a meter on site; the read is extracted, checked against history and filed. Inspections run and signed off on the same app.

What it is not

Not a product you buy and staff.

The platform is included in the bureau fee. It exists because the work needs it, not as a separate thing to sell you and then train your team on.

Your accounting, CRM and e-signature tools stay where they are and plug in. We have no interest in being your system of record for anything except utilities.

Where to start

Want to see it with your own data in it?

A review loads a sample of your portfolio, so you are looking at your own buildings rather than a demonstration.
