Standing-charge capitalisation
Metering, LED, controls, BMS and plant optimisation. Funded against the standing charge it reduces, so the bill is lower from month one and the client owns the kit at the end of the term.

We describe the mechanism and leave the accounting to you and your auditor. We make no claim about how either instrument should be treated on your balance sheet, and any proposal we put forward sets out the structure so your own advisers can form a view.
Procurement and funding in the same conversation.
We are one of the only firms in the UK able to offer Energy as a Service alongside whole-of-market procurement.
The two are normally separate because they sit with separate firms: a broker signs the contract and leaves, and a funder arrives years later to look at the roof. Run together, the contract tenor and the funding tenor can be designed against each other, and the saving from the measure can be set against the price you are paying for the supply it displaces.
